London, 1970’s. An opera singer/bellydancer/musicologist young woman meets a classical conductor/composer young man and make a baby who couldn’t escape music if she tried. She was born in London, and raised in New York and Holland. . . right into music. The journey included singing jazz for tip jars, meals on Bleecker Street, waitressing and cover banding. Songwriting, background vocalizing, waitressing and songwriting were all part of it. The parents were fully supportive of the idea. This is what happened in a nutshell. . .
