Karl-Martin Almqvist plays tenor sax and Abel Marcel plays piano. Yasser Morejon plays bass and Jonas Johansen plays drums and percussion. Eliel Lazo sings and percussion. This is an impressive line-up. Blanco y Negro, after being in hibernation for a while, were reborn in 2014 with two new members replacing two of their former members. Karl-Martin Almqvist (‘The Bear’), a respected Swedish sax player joined the band. Abel Marcel, a lively improviser, also joined the band.
