The Crimson Jazz Trio

Wallace created the trio and recruited Jody Nardone (piano), and Tim Landers (bass). In 2005, they recorded The King Crimson Songbook Volume One (Voiceprint). The album contains material that was not part of Wallace’s King Crimson tenure. The album was supported by a few live dates in various parts of the US. However, plans for further touring were cancelled when Wallace fell ill. The King Crimson Songbook Volume Two was recorded by the band with help from Jakko Jakszyk (Wallace’s fellows in 21st Century Schizoid Band; Collins, too, is a King Crimson alumnus). Wallace died on February 22, 2007. It was released by Inner Knot Records on April 7, 2009. From Wikipedia
