This is a jazz-rock album that contains few zeuhl components. These references will be more common to Herbie Hancock’s Headhunters. There is a lot of energy, great vibes, passion playing, and amazing bass lines by Alain Lecointe. The album is composed by Jacques Liot and features a stellar band of musicians – Alain Lecointe (Serge Bringolf’s Strave, Alain Eckert, Hamsa Music), Richard Raux (1st incarnation), Lionel Ledissez (2Ergo Sum), etc. Nadavati is one of the few French 70s bands to have done this: Transit Express, Chute Libre and Spheroe. Similar to Planeto Imaginario’s recent album – both explore instrumental landscapes between jazz and rock.
