Ted Nash (nephew)

Born in Los Angeles, multi-instrumentalist Nash’s interest in music started at an early age. His father, Dick Nash (tromboneist) and his uncle Ted Nash (reedman) were both prominent jazz and studio musicians. He was a young lion, before that term became a marketing buzzword. One of Nash’s most significant associations is with Wynton Marsalis’ Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and the Jazz Composers Collective. Nash’s recordings are on numerous national “best of” lists, including The New Yorker and The New York Times, Village Voice and New York Newsday. From www.tednash.com
