Brendan Rothwell, a Canadian bassist, composer, producer, is an accomplished musician. He is determined to break the current trend of the bass being hidden, and prefers to maximize the instrument’s tone, scale, feel, and musicality. His playing is rich in meaning and depth. Brendan cites Miles Davis’ 1986 album, Tutu, featuring Marcus Miller as the driving force that prompted him to take up the bass. Brendan believes that business and leadership are inextricably connected in all his projects.
