Susanna Aleksandra, also known as Susanna Aleksandra Veldi, is an Estonian jazz singer and composer. Growing up in a musical family, she was always surrounded by jam sessions and ensemble rehearsals. Susanna began performing jazz classics in her band when she was 17. She is currently studying at the Sibelius Academy in Finland. Susanna’s debut album Miracles was released in 2015. It featured her original compositions as well as a few songs co-written by others. She released “Golden Boy” with Finnish jazz musicians in 2017. She is also featured on Estonian Evergreens, a joint album with the Lutz Krajenski Big Band. Susanna charms listeners with her warm voice and charismatic stage presence. From www.jazz.ee
