Tromboranga

Tromboranga is a salsa brava fusion that focuses on the best flavors. It draws inspiration from the great artists of the 70’s, 80’s, and even today. Hardcore salsa dancing with original songs and covers from the golden age of hard salsa. This salsa dance style is influenced by Ray Perez, Conjunto Libre and La Perfecta. Hector Lavoe and many other artists have also influenced their compositions. Tromboranga’s musicians hail from Europe and the Caribbean, but they all share a common goal: to create a pure, rhythmic sound that is simple, clear, and solid. Joaquin Arteaga, a Venezuelan musician who is best known for his long career as a percussionist, conductor, and composer of Bloque 53, is its leader. Young Freddy Ramos (vocals, producer, arranger) is a Venezuelan musician who starts to make a name for himself in salsa. He sings original songs like “Humildad” and “Conmigo Te Quedaras”. Diego Coppinger, also brings a Cuban flavor to the band with his strong strength and “sabor”. Felipe Varela (bass), Rafael Madagascar (piano), and Felipe Varela (“piano”) from Colombia, with strong guajeos.
