A sophisticated singer with a clear and soulful voice. She is the perfect instrument to perform some of the Brill Building’s most popular pop songs. Dionne Warwick is more defined by what she doesn’t have than what she does. Although she was raised singing in churches, she is not a gospel performer. She is influenced by Sarah Vaughan and Ella Fitzgerald, but she is not a jazz musician. R
