This is pure abstract Australian psych-rock. This limited pressing was self-produced and is not being distributed. However, they are making their way around the world. 500 copies were printed. The sounds were recorded by only a drummer, guitarist, and bassist. They range from moody, textural, almost beatless masterpieces like “Man Coda”, “Reality’s Way”, and the tense, jazzy and angular “The Little Prince” all the way to the stupidly ill “Zeitgeist,” a sonic rock attack that would make Les Claypool sweat in his pants. The song also features an incredible drum intro. This song is insane genius. from http://www.soulstrut.com In reality they are a fusion band with spacious avant-garde textures highlighted by Frippian sustained guitar leads and plenty of fuzz bass. It’s a mix of Starless King Crimson and Mahavishnu Orchestra. I was struck by the similarities between these guys and SBB. I was especially taken with the “Nowy Horizont” album. The long fuzz bass solo is a strong indicator of the comparison, especially when you consider SBB’s debut. from http://cdreissuewishlist.blogspot.com
