Beatrice Neuwirth (or “Bebe”) is the daughter Sydney Anne Neuwirth, an artist, as well as Lee Paul Neuwirth a mathematician. She was born in Princeton, New Jersey and trained as a dancer. Her New York career began in “A Chorus Line”. For her role in Sweet Charity, she won a Tony Award and an Emmy Award as Outstanding Supporting Actress In a Comedy Series (1982). Education: She graduated from Princeton High School in Princeton, New Jersey in 1976.
