Aaron Jacob Weinstein, born July 31, 1985, is a jazz mandolinist, arranger, and violinist living in New York, New York. Weinstein started the Stephane Grappelli Tribute Trio while still attending New Trier High school in Winnetka (Illinois). It was named the best high school instrumental jazz band by Down Beat magazine, 2002. On a four year scholarship, he attended Berklee College of Music in Boston. Weinstein was 19 when his debut album, A Handful of Stars was released. He had not yet graduated Berklee. He recorded later with J. Geils and Bucky Pizzarelli as well as John Pizzarelli and Frank Vignola. Wikipedia
