Andy Biskin

Andy Biskin, a Texas-born American jazz clarinetist and bass clarinetist who is also a composer, filmmaker, and composer, primarily based in New York. Biskin graduated from Yale University. He was once an assistant to Alan Lomax. Biskin’s music is often played on NPR during segments on All Things Considered or Fresh Air with Terry Gross. Ben Ratliff named Dogmental his album of the week in The New York Times. He animated and put to music a number of Rube Goldberg machines including a “self-operating napkin” for his film Goldberg’s Variations in 2004. Wikipedia
