Anne Paceo was born in 1984. She is a tireless drummer and has traveled to more than 38 countries. Her musical abilities, her ability to create a contrasted, precise, and free-flowing game, as well as her attentive listening skills, are praised by the sharpest critics. The way she creates idyllic atmospheres is not only impressive as a drummer, but also admirable as a composer. She is powerful and precise with her drumsticks and virtuoso using her brushes. Her enchanting companions are inspired by her roots in Japan, Burma, and Africa. She is one of those musicians who rose quickly to prominence. She was first heard at the age of 17 along with Alain Jean-Marie and Michel Legrand. Also, Jeanne Added and Jacques Higelin were her accompanists. She won the “Victoire de la Musique”, for her album “Triphase”, and the 2009 “Django d’Or,” award in the “revelation” category. She has received unanimous praise from the press, including articles in “Le Monde”, “CausetteĀ» and “Django d’Or” in 2009. She also won the “Victoire de la Musique” award in 2009 for her album “Triphase”. She is also the first French musician to play at the sacred festival of Myanmar. Yamaha drums, Bosphorus drumsticks and Vater drumsticks sponsor her. From www.laboriejazz.fr
