Beppe Di Benedetto

Beppe Di Benedetto started studying trombone at the “Arrigo Borito” Music Conservatory, Parma in 1988. He graduated in 1996. For a while, he played opera and classical music, collaborating with several Italian theaters, including Teatro Regio di Parma (in the production of Aida in Luxor), Arena di Verona (in the production of Mantua Bibbiena Theatre), Cairo Opera House (in concert). He also studied Jazz under the supervision of Luke Savazzi and Marco Tamburini. Giancarlo Giannini and Steve Turre. Notable collaborations include the CB Band and Jazz Art Orchestra, Big Band Bansigu Village Big Band and Big Band New Sugar Kitty. He joined Jovanotti’s band in April 2002 for the “Fifth World Tour”, a tour that was organized in Europe and Italy (Budapest Festival Du Jazz In Nice “, Brussels. Karlsruhe. Bern. Liege. Zurich. He recorded and arranged all brass for the Alexia album, “The eyes of a great moon” in 2004. He has been the arranger and music director of the CB Band since 2000. Since January 2006, he was the trombonist and arranger for the brass section with Mario Biondi.
