Blaque Dynamite (aka Mike Mitchell)

Blaque Dynamite, the pseudonym of award-winning drummer Mike Mitchell was born November 12, 1994. At two years old, Mitchell began playing drums. By age 11, he had a few endorsements from different drum companies. He then attended Booker T. Washington High School in Dallas, TX. This school also nurtured the talents of Norah, Erykah Badu and Roy Hargrove. Mitchell started touring the world as a bass player with Stanley Clarke before he graduated from high school. He has since toured seven continents with Christian McBride and Christian Scott and performed on the global stage at the 2012 International Jazz Day with Herbie Hancock. from nouveaufluxmusic.wordpress.com
