Bliss Bomb

Bliss Bomb, a smoldering, female-fronted, ten-piece band, plays a dynamic mix of jazz, pop, and funk, with a sophisticated, sophisticated vibe that recalls old Hollywood glamour and smokey film noir. Bliss Bomb… A musical explosion of joy, a band that’s evocative and moody creates joy so great that it causes listeners to explodes of pleasure… music which envelops and fills you with its sensual melodies and provocative lyrics… Bliss Bomb was created out of a musical collaboration among three childhood friends, Sean McArthur and Chris Hale, as well as Sean Fisher, singer/vixen. The result was a few original songs as well as an EP entitled Ethereality, which was released in 2008. Due to geographical reasons, the group split up and never performed together on stage. Jim Hardiman, the founder and drummer of the band, spent much of 2009 looking for new members to continue the Bliss Bomb mission of creating music that moves the body and stirs the soul. Lisa Marinacci, a new singer, grew up listening and learning from her father Misty on the piano. Joe Negri is a world-renowned jazz guitarist. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, she spent many years performing and writing in New York City. She lived in Las Vegas and performed with many top bands, including The Las Vegas Tenors and Harbor Lights Music. She released Waiting for Spring, a jazz album, a few years back. She is currently finishing writing her rock musical The Devil and Daisy Jane. This was performed in Hollywood, CA, as part of a staged reading. Lisa is delighted to perform some of her original songs with Bliss Bomb via facebook
