The Chicago Yestet has 7 horns, a rhythm section and a great singer. The band features some of Chicago’s most prominent musicians and plays original music. Our music has been influenced by John Coltrane and Bob Brookmeyer, Art Blakey, Bob Brookmeyer and Donny Hathaway. We also have a social conscience.
