Chuck Deardorf

Chuck Deardorf has been a key member of the Northwest jazz scene since over 20 years. His dynamic performances have been part of numerous festivals, nightclubs and recording sessions. He has also been with jazz greats such as Bud Shank and Don Lanphere, pianists George Cables and Bill Mays, and guitarists Larry Coryell, Bruce Forman, in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. He is currently a member the Deardorf/Peterson Group, whose 2004 Origin release “Portal”, won critical acclaim. Chuck is a skilled studio musician. His bass can be heard on many soundtracks for movies, as well as numerous CD and album projects. He has also performed on numerous Broadway tours.
