Colorado Jazz Repertory Orchestra

The Colorado Jazz Repertory Orchestra is Colorado’s finest musicians, performing both classic big band and large ensemble jazz. CJRO performs to sell-out houses at the Arvada Center and Parker’s PACE Center. They also play at the Rialto Theater, Loveland, and other jazz festivals in the area. The CJRO will be performing songs from the libraries of Stan Kenton, Duke Ellington (Maynard Ferguson), Count Basie, Stan Kenton and Maynard Ferguson. The CJRO partners with world-renowned guest artists as part of their season. Art Bouton, the Executive Director of the CJRO, is a Professor of Saxophone at University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music.
