Dr. Cynthia J. Felton is the Artistic Director of The Ethnomusicology Library of American Heritage. This library features a variety of sources that examine music’s social and cultural aspects. Cynthia J. Felton is a performer and educator currently based in Los Angeles. Her experience in both areas prepared her well. She holds a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music and a Master of Arts from New York University. Her singing style is a blend of jazz and rhythm.
