The Vagabonds, Davina Sowers, and their high-energy live shows and professional attire have caused a stir in the blues scene. The band has a wide range of influences, including Fats Domino and Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Aretha Franklin, and Tom Waits. They are converting audiences from Vancouver to Miami, and all over Europe. Black Cloud 2011, the band’s most recent recording, was named by the Minneapolis Star as one of the top 10 releases of 2011.
