Dutch Swing College Band

The Dutch Swing College Band was founded as an amateur-college band on liberation day (1945 May 5th). It has since grown to be a well-known jazz ensemble that has toured the globe to great acclaim. The DSC was a key player in the post-war period. Many young people fell in love with the original Amerian music, jazz. Since 1945, the band has performed concerts around the globe and its sounds have been recorded on virtually all kinds of sound recordings. The band has also been featured on television and in films.
