Experience Unlimited (EU), a high school band, started their musical career and brought the Go-Go dance music to life. Go-Go’s popularity grew in the 1980’s when EU appeared alongside Kurtis Blow, the rapper grandfather, on “Party Time.” The concert movie “Good To Go” was also released. EU is one of the original Washington, DC Go Go-Go bands. Titles such as “Da Butt”, Buck Wild”, Taste of Your Love”, and “Shake Your Thang”, (duet with Salt rap group).
