Gary Schwartz is a teacher of jazz ensembles, theory, improvisation and guitar lessons at Concordia University in Montreal. He has performed with James Brown, in big bands, organ trios, and in funk and pop bands. He has recorded and played in many styles, including with his own bands, LETTINGO – The Music and Influence Of Ornette Coleman and Between The Lines. Schwartz also has experience working at all major radio and television stations in Montreal.
