Hard Rubber Orchestra

The Hard Rubber Orchestra, a jazz band that John Korsrud, a composer and trumpeter, leads, is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It was founded in 1990 and has a diverse membership of between 15-30 musicians. It is well-known for highlighting contemporary composers’ work and was awarded the Alcan Performing Arts Award 2004.
