Horst Quartet

The origins of Horst Quartet are obscure but the band’s forefather in spirit can be traced back to Canadian ski jumper Horst Bulau, who horribly fell in 1983 in the Harrachov competition but was miraculously left unscathed. This gave rise to an idea that completely improvised music can have no safety net and yet it need not collapse.
