Ilia Skibinsky is a saxophonist and pianist, composer, and producer. His peers and coworkers describe him as someone who has the unique ability to mix and match musical styles while still having a distinctive voice. He was born in Russia and immigrated to Israel with his family in 1993. Ilia performed with some of Israel’s top jazz musicians while he was there. Ilia also participated in several high-profile productions, including the Israeli adaptations and dancing with stars of the TV shows American Idol and Dancing with Stars. These were broadcast on national prime time TV, as well as full Broadway productions by “Chicago”, and “Guys.”
