Naylor’s debut album, “Rough Boundaries”, was released in 2016 with the Birmingham Jazz Orchestra. He won the coveted Dankworth Prize. He is able to improvise and tell stories more freely by trading the large voices of a large ensemble in exchange for the co-creativity and space of a trio. He is currently a Masters student at The Royal Academy of Music and has had the privilege of studying with Gwilym Simcock (Kit Downes), Nikki Iles, Jasper Hoiby, and others. From www.meraki3.com
