Jon Doty has performed alongside a variety of Jazz and contemporary artists, including Vernon Reid, Bob Baldwin and Jeff Redd. He also performed with Sonny Sharrock, Ron Carter and Ron Carter. He also studied with Joe Chambers, Jim Price, and Michael Carvin. Jon was a leader and released “Until The Last Star is Out”, a critically acclaimed 2003 album that featured his Quintet as well as nine original compositions.
