Juan Emilio Cucchiarelli

Argentine composer, pianist, and arranger. He has performed in concert all over Europe, America and Argentina. He recorded his first album of tango in 2009 with Federico Diaz, an Argentine guitarist based out of New York. He formed a duo with Patricia Cangemi in 2011. Cucchiarelli’s music has been presented in many important theaters and halls around the globe. These include the Lisner Auditorium, Washington DC, Sala Clamores, Madrid, and festivals like Salzburg Jazz Festival, Austria, or Buchmesse Frankfurt 2010, Germany. Juan Emilio Cucchiarelli composed music to movies, shorts, and for publicity. He also performed symphonic music with the Orquesta Filarmonica de Mendoza and Orquesta de la Cosecha, as well as the San Juan Philharmonic Orchestra. He was also the musical director of “Festival Nacional de la Vendimia”, which is the second-most important harvest festival in the globe (NAT GEO) in 2018. He will release his debut album in June 2018, with the “Cucchiarelli trio”, a new music group that Franco Prosperi (drums) and Rodrigo Botacaulli (double bass).
