Leon Spencer Jr.

Leon Spencer was an American acid jazz/soul jazz organist, born in Houston (Texas) on March 11, 1945. He was a pianist with David Newman and an organist with Melvin Sparks. Spencer is most well-known for his albums on the Prestige Records label, which he released in the 1970s. Sneak Preview (1970), Louisiana Slim (1971), and Where I’m Going From (1973). These albums featured Grover Washington, Jr., Idris Mohammed, Melvin Sparks, Buddy Caldwell, Buddy Caldwell, as well as Virgil Jones. Wikipedia
