Marianne Trudel

Marianne Trudel is multi-talented. She is a pianist, composer, arranger, improvisor and improvisor. Her music is both passionate and energetic, and she has a broad range of musical interests. She is a performer and has performed in many settings, including solo performances, duos and trios, larger ensembles like Trifolia, Septet, Quintet and large ensembles. She has performed in Canada, France, the United States, France, Germany, and elsewhere. She has released 5 albums under her name: Le Refuge (2013), Trifolia (2013) and Espoir et autres pouvoirs. Sands of Time (Live), Quintette Marianne Trudel (2007). All of these recordings have received rave reviews. Marianne Trudel was awarded the Prix Etoiles Galaxie de Radio-Canada 2007 (Montreal Jazz Festival). Her multiple artistic projects have received rave reviews. She has performed with many musicians in jazz and improvised musical: Evan Parker, Chucho Valdes and Mark Feldman. Chanson francaise, Farida and Juan Carlos Caceres are the Chansons francaise and traditional music. She has composed and orchestrated radio programs for Radio-Canada, American composers Orchestra (NYC), OktoEcho, Henri Mancini Institute Orchestra Los Angeles (California), McGill Jazz Orchestra, and short films.
