Mario Schiano, born 20 July 1933 in Naples and died 10 May 2008 in Rome. He was an Italian alto saxophonist as well as a soprano. His music is associated with avant-garde/free-jazz. He was born in Naples. He was a member of the Italian Instabile Orchestra and recorded with musicians like Famoudou Don Moye (Famoudou Don Moye), Eugenio Collombo, Ernst Reijseger.
