She would also learn from Kyoko Itou, a classical pianist. After graduation, she discovered the music of Michel Petrucciani, a legendary pianist. His music inspired her to switch styles towards Jazz. She would go on to study with Shimamoto Takeshi, a Jazz musician. Senoo released three albums since then: 2005’s “La Mi-cia”, as part of a trio piano, and 2008’s “ROSEBUD,” a fully original album via JAZZ LAB. RECORDS and 2009’s “La Vie”, available via Disk Union via DIW THE GRACE. She is currently performing live in Japan, around Kansai, Tokyo, and Nagoya. She has a lovely piano sound and is a great artist to watch. from http://japanindies.com
