Ole Marius Sandberg was born 26 October 1975 in Storvik (Gildeskal, Norway). He is a Norwegian jazz musician (double and bass), and has collaborated with Jan Gunnar Hoff and Erlend Skomsvoll. Sandberg received his musical education at the Music program at Mosjoen Vgs.» (1992-1995), and attended the Jazz program of Sund Folkehogskole» (1995-1996). He also holds a bachler degree from Trondheim Musikkonservatorium (1996-1999), and a music education diploma from Griegakademiet Bergen (2006–2008). He joined bands such as Skomsork»u003e,Mandala», and First edition». There he worked with musicians like Jan Gunnar Hoff or Erlend Skomsvoll.
