Ori Dagan, an award-winning jazz singer, songwriter, and recording artist, is simply a unique individual. His distinctive baritone voice and improvising skills make him instantly recognisable. He performs live with Canada’s best musicians and presents a mix of music that is always current and fresh. Critically acclaimed albums “S’Cat Got My Tongue” (2009), and “Less Than Three 3 3” (2012) made Dagan a bold musical adventurer in the global jazz scene. He has received numerous awards for his original, humorous songs. These include “Googleable”, his ode of a search engine, and “Clap on the 2 u0026 the 4,” which was shown at 15 film festivals around the world. The latter won “Best Educational Jazz Short” at the first New York City Jazz Film Festival. The third recording by Dagan, Nathaniel: a Tribute To Nat King Cole (2017 Winners: Silver Medal for the “Best Album” at Global Music Awards), is an elegy to the jazz legend and pop icon.
