PAKT is Percy Jones (fretless bass guitarist), Alex Skolnick (guitarist) and Tim Motzer (drummer). All of them are very experienced players. New Yorker Jones, a Welsh bassist, is well-known for his time in Brand X’s jazz fusion band. He also has extensive studio work with Suzanne Vega and Brian Eno. Skolnick is most well-known as the lead guitarist of the thrash metal band Testament. He then went on to freelance, playing jazz with the Alex Skolnick Trio and exploring World Music and Progressive Rock. Grohowski is a drummer who is one of the most active in the business. His recent associations include Brand X and Imperial Triumphant, Kilter and Felix Pastorius.
