Mario Munoz Salazar (Boston, New York City, 5 December ’23, Buenavista, Cuba, 4 Jun ’00), New York City) Afro Cuban singer/percussionist/ composer. He worked with Enrique Jorrin and other cha-cha cha creators. He made films in Mexico, joined Sonora Matancera there, and continued as a member until the ’90s. He then left Cuba for good ’60.
