Pedro Giraudo

Pedro Giraudo, originally from Cordoba Argentina moved to New York City when he was 16. He has been a versatile bassist, composer, and arranger since then. He is the founder of the award-winning Pedro Giraudo jazz orchestra and has also played in numerous other ensembles that range from jazz to tango. Pedro Giraudo collaborated with Pablo Ziegler (Grammy Award winner), 9-time Grammy winner Paquito D’Rivera and William Cepeda (Dizzy Gillespie’s protégée) as well as many other guests, including Branford Marsalis. Kenny Garret. Nestor Torres. Miguel Zenon. Ruben Blades’ 2014 CD, “Tangos”, on which he recorded bass, won two Grammys Awards (Best Tango album).
