Graduated in piano from the Instituto Superior de Arte de La Habana. At the Instituto Superior de Arte de La Habana, he is a teacher of Latin rhythms, improvisation, and Cuban rhythms. He has taught master classes at universities across the United States, Canada, and Denmark. For five years, he was a keyboardist and pianist for Isaac Delgado. He has worked with Celia Cruz and Gabriela Anders, Paquito D’ Rivera, Gabriela Anderson, Manzanita as well as Alain Perez, Miliky, Miguel Rios, and Raul Paz.
