Pindio was formed in spring 2014 by four musicians who met to perform some concerts. The opportunity presented itself to record live during a concert at L’Auditori in Barcelona. Pindio’s music is influenced by many musicians, styles and music from jazz to classical. Pindio is open about their admiration of musicians such as Olivier Messiaen and John Cage, Paul Motian, and bands such as Atomic, The Thing, to name a few.
