Pit Dahm is a drummer, multi-instrumentalist and composer. He was born in Luxembourg and raised there. Pit began playing drums when he was four years old, taking lessons from Alain Ginter, a drummer. Pit began classical percussion and piano at the age of 6. He completed a complete curriculum of music courses at The Conservatory of Luxembourg. He moved to Amsterdam to continue his studies in drums in 2010, after completing his jazz and classical studies in Luxembourg. He won the Prinses Christina concours 2012 with the Floris Kappeyne trio. Pit was also awarded the Dutch Jazz Competition by the Loran Witteveen Quintet and “The Records” from the Keep an Eye foundation, Urban Voyage. Pit received his Conservatory of Amsterdam degree in 2014. He recently completed his Master’s degree in Brussels with magna Cum Laude.
