Piotr Damasiewicz is the trumpeter of Power of the Horns. The band’s name says it all: six strong horn units are supported by the double rhythm section (two drum-sets with guest Gabriel Ferrandini and 2 double basses, percussionist player), and a piano. There were many musical styles to choose from – African tribal rhythms, traditional big band music, African tribal beats, chants of soldiers going to war, modern music with its harmonious complexity, as well as the unrestrained energy of full-blow jazz.
