Ray Barbee

Ray Barbee, born 5 October 1971 in San Jose, California is an American skateboarder. He was among the first to introduce street and technical ollie tricks, as well as freestyle/flatland skateboarding. His no comply moves are his most well-known. A music writer and multi-instrumentalist, Barbee released his debut EP on Galaxia records in 2003, Triumphant Procession, a collection of jazz-influenced instrumental tracks which Barbee produced and engineered at home. In Full View, Barbee’s 2005 album, was also released on Galaxia. It featured guest appearances from Carlos de la Garza (formerly of Reel Big Fish) and Doug Scharin (of HiM, June of 44). Barbee plays guitar and bass guitar as well as drums, harp, and xylophone. Ray Barbee recorded in Japan, March 2007 with the Mattson 2. Ray Barbee met the Mattson 2 in Japan.
