Rich Pellegrin started playing piano when he was five years old. However, he spent most of his teenage years playing drums and percussion. Before discovering jazz, Rich pursued many musical pursuits. Rich’s playing is known for its intensity and conviction, directness in expression, and percussive, yet melodic tone quality. Three-Part Odyssey is Rich’s debut album as a bandleader.
