Rob is a performer and teacher who works as a freelancer. Rob was a student at Chetham’s School of Music (1998-2006) with James Muirhead. After graduating from Chetham’s School of Music, he studied at Royal Northern College of Music (2006)-2010. He continued his studies at the Royal Academy of Music (2010) and a Masters of Music Performance (2010-2012). Rob also teaches at Westbury House preparatory school, Chepstow House, and Donhead House. He is a member of Matt Robert’s Bigish Band and Andy Scott’s Group S. He also performs with SoundSPARK, a contemporary classical ensemble. He has performed with the English Symphony Orchestras and the Halle as well as the Matthew Herbert Big Band. Rob makes podcasts and films when he has spare time. Visit www.robcopemusic.com
