Sanna Ruohoniemi is a singer, improviser, and composer of unique, playful songs. She has a lot of creativity, rawness, and flexibility, as well as advanced musical skills. Her music is a strong representation of jazz today. It combines the delicate vocal sound with a twist that reflects long Nordic winter’s rawness into music. Sanna is a strong presence on stage, bringing energy to the music and capturing the attention of the audience with catchy compositions and a strong voice. After completing her Nordic Master Studies in Jazz at Sibelius Academy, Helsinki, and Kungliga Musikhogskolan in Jazz, Sanna now lives in Stockholm.
