Sensaround, an Australian/Scots electro-acoustic band, work in a unique mid-ground between melodic jazz ambience and ghostly dub. Lo-fi rhythms are pressed against woodwind melodies while Rhodes tones and Rhodes tones are awash with free percussion. Their critically acclaimed debut Isotropes, recorded at Ahmad’s Brick Lane studio during their first tour, was released in 2014. The limited edition live document Travelogue was published in early 2016 on hellosQuare. Sensaround will soon release their third album Heart/Noise. Heart/Noise, Sensaround’s third album, was recorded at Brick Lane.
