This recording celebrates the complexity and richness of improvisation. Bruce Coates (soprano and soprano saxes), Paul Dunmall(tenor saxophone), Corey Mwamba [vibraphone, recorder], Walt Shaw (percussion) and electronic (bass), Seth Bennett and Mark Sanders (drums). Six-in-1 was formed by six musicians selected by Walt Shaw and Andrew Coates because of their creative and executive skills and their knowledge in the field free improvised music.
